The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
- Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
- Collaborating with a fully remote team to achieve common goals and objectives
