Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead the development and execution of our Client Insight Center product strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge customer analytics and insights solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly changing retail landscape, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional experiences that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the Client Insight Center product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart.com, Data Analytics, Walmart+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics and insights solutions
  • Define and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of data security and customer protection, aligning with blithequark's commitment to customer trust and loyalty
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize features and functionalities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and ensure successful product launches

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, or

  • 9 years of experience in product management or related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably leading customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products

  • Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with expertise in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive digital accessibility
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open products and services that support a comprehensive culture

Skills and Competencies

* Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and driving business outcomes

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and data analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of data security and customer protection principles, with experience in implementing secure data handling practices
