Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer calls and providing assistance and information in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Staying current on product knowledge and company policies to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions and track progress
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism, remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems
