Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner, using excellent written communication skills to quickly and accurately address customer queries.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience, handling challenging customers and diffusing tense situations with ease.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills with excellent written English, able to communicate clearly and concisely through chat.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Experience in a customer service or support role, although not required, is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and software applications, including chat software, email, and customer relationship management software.
