The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist on our Samsung team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian and Russian. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, while ensuring that every interaction is respectful, professional, and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian

  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
  • Develop creative solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that every issue is resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Treat customers with respect and empathy, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (not essential, but a plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

* A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00
