Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our plan members via inbound calls. You will answer questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions, ensuring that our members understand their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer solutions to simplify their healthcare experience and provide a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from plan members, providing information and support regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and healthcare-related queries.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy benefits to provide personalized support and solutions to plan members.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
