Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Sr Director, Wealth Sales Enablement Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and benefits resolution in our Wealth Sales Enablement business area. Your key responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Influencing Wealth Sales Enablement project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes
  • Driving the delivery for Wealth Sales Enablement initiatives proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications, and risks
  • Establishing effective controls, procedures, and quality assurance processes for Wealth Sales Enablement and Wealth Distribution initiatives
  • Ensuring projects/initiatives are executed in compliance and abide by TIAA internal control environment, established business guidelines, and TIAA policy
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support achievement of Wealth Sales Enablement objectives
  • Reporting progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to Wealth Sales Enablement leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making
  • Driving process improvements in Wealth Sales Enablement business area
  • Driving and overseeing meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives
  • Influencing development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of financial services experience in Wealth Management, including project and business management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of financial services experience in Wealth Management, including project and business management
  • Successful track record in project management and business management
  • Previous experience interacting and engaging with senior leaders and building relationships across various business lines
  • Experience preparing, leading, and executing projects and initiatives
