Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacists, and medical office personnel on behalf of our clients.
  • Receive incoming inquiries and make outbound calls, emails, or chats to deliver exceptional contact center services.
  • Transition between various client programs throughout the day, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Utilize knowledge and resources to resolve customer questions and concerns, with support from the team when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all communication with clients.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in every interaction, turning potentially stressful situations into positive experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms.
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office.
  • Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
