Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Provide accurate and timely information about products and services to customers

• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum some college education or equivalent experience
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting product/service issues
• Familiarity with supporting consumer products and/or services
• Dependability to work scheduled shifts, with a commitment to 100% attendance
