About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from the public, responding to their health-related inquiries, and providing accurate and timely information. You will utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to inbound calls from the public, addressing their health-related inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide accurate and timely information to telephone inquiries.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that clients receive clear and concise information.
  • Work effectively within established contractual turnaround times, ensuring that client inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Organize simultaneous tasks, prioritizing multiple client inquiries and managing workload efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required.
  • Ability to speak English clearly and professionally.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required.
  • Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration, as they can communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
  • Previous experience in a health-related field or industry.
  • Additional certifications or training in customer service or a related field.

Work from Home Requirements

To work effectively from home, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A desktop or laptop with Windows 10, Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 8GM Memory, and 256 GB Hard Drive.
  • A headset connection that is hard-wired (not wireless).
  • A hard-wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi).
  • A dedicated office space that is quiet, private, and free from distractions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications).
  • Two monitors.
  • Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps. Must pass speed test.
