Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at Tesla, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, coding, and maintaining mobile client experiences from start to finish
• Optimizing code for performance, stability, and functionality
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, application/UI programmers, QA/Validation, and designers
• Developing and maintaining high-quality, efficient, and scalable code
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of the overall codebase

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in mobile (iOS/Android) development
• Proficiency in at least one: Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of fundamental software engineering concepts and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with React/React Native
• Knowledge of common design patterns and experience with code quality, efficiency, and performance
