Key Responsibilities: Leading Digital Product Innovation

  • Drive Vision and Development: Lead the development of new digital products, features, and capabilities based on a deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and technological advancements.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Spearhead Consumer-wide critical initiatives to drive business results, enhance customer experiences, and increase agility in product development.
  • Critical Participant in Product Design: Contribute to concept development and end-to-end customer experience design, ensuring seamless integration of customer research, usability studies, and market analysis.
  • Product Requirements and Prioritization: Write and prioritize features for new products and product enhancements, balancing customer needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaboration and Negotiation: Work closely with internal partners, including Product Management, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Platform Owners to define and pivot product needs.
  • Product Development and Launch: Drive products through development, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis, advocating for optimal outcomes.

Essential Qualifications: Skills and Competencies for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Product Development Skills: 3-5 years of experience in Agile or Scaled Agile Product Development, with a proven track record of driving product innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Customer Empathy: A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop and iterate product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring global reusability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners and senior leaders.
  • Technical and Regulatory Acumen: Ability to manage technical, regulatory, and communication complexity in large, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Self-Motivation and Adaptability: A self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple project priorities and drive flawless execution in a rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Technology, or Design.
  • Experience in Financial Services: Prior experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the ecosystem and regulatory requirements.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
