Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of blithequark, fielding real-time calls in a virtual call center environment from customers globally. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service, resolving customer inquiries, and exceeding department goals. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Achieve explicit department goals, including customer satisfaction ratings and first-call resolution rates
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to blithequark's quality standards and customer service guidelines

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • Ability to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual call center environment

  • Familiarity with e-commerce and fashion industry
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with social media and online platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
