Experienced Customer Service and Sales Chat Agent – Weekend Shift

About the Role:

As a Remote Sales Chat Agent, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer service and sales team, interacting with customers via online chat and phone to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and drive sales growth. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting warranty outreach and selling add-ons and upsell products via chat or phone
  • Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to build rapport with customers and drive sales growth
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and drive business objectives
  • Maintaining a positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines in a dynamic team environment

Key Focus Areas:

* Empathy: You'll be able to understand and relate to customers' needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Customer Focused: You'll be dedicated to delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Communication: You'll possess strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Reliability: You'll be dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Skills and Requirements:

* 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role or chat experience

  • Experience leading within a remote work environment
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent communication style and ability to make a personal connection with external and internal customers
  • Friendly attitude and strong decision-making skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful and empathetic, with a strong commitment to learning and supporting business objectives
  • Previous experience in sales/retail industry and exposure to e-commerce (a plus)
