Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple emails and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Solid sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently

  • Contact Center background preferred, with experience in a similar role or industry
