About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing virtual support to customers and advisors through phone, email, and web interactions. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and advisors with billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and proactively identify solutions to common customer questions.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical guidance is needed.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our pharmacy website and services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty.
  • Adherence to Policies: Maintain customer privacy and safety by adhering to our Work From Home policy and other relevant guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • Technical Experience: 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Willingness to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member.
