Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer support via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our valued customers.
  • Address Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate problems as needed, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with Platform Navigation: Assist customers in navigating the blithequark platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on order-related matters.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction, working closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Tech-Savvy: Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online platforms, including the ability to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Food Delivery Industry Experience: Experience working in the food delivery industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
