Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Daily engagement with customers to build relationships, process transactions, assess needs, and recommend products and services to create an exceptional customer experience
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to fulfill customer needs, open new accounts, perform maintenance, meet cross-sell goals, and solve problems daily

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or economics) preferred

Physical Requirements
