Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our para-transit transportation program call center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and registering customers. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls) in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments for our customers in a efficient and organized manner
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner
- Registering customers in our system and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (4-hour shift)
- Comprehensive 4-6 week training program, conducted at the office before starting the hybrid 50/50 position
- Call center experience preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience required (1 year minimum)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Reliable internet connection at home
- Ability to work at the office if unable to connect at home for >30 minutes
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
