Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Service Representative in the Blithequark Genius Program, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest product releases and technical developments
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a technical customer service role

  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of Apple products and services (although not required, it's a plus!)
  • Certification in technical support or customer service
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
