Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data scientist principal to join our Dataworks team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and analysis to model development and deployment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end data science projects, including data collection, analysis, model development, and deployment

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and create new value streams
• Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and other data infrastructure
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related technologies
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers to develop their skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and related fields
• Strong background in software engineering, data analysis, and machine learning
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and related fields
