Customer Service Coordinator Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service
  • Answering and transferring phone calls on our multi-line phone system
  • Solving customer issues by scheduling service appointments
  • Accurately finalizing service tickets by applying parts used and documenting service technician's diagnosis
  • Communicating with customers regarding part orders, appointments, and service follow-up
  • Collaborating with support, sales, service, installation, and delivery staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Acute attention to detail and follow-up of issues
  • Thrives in a team and results-driven environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
