  • Collaboration and Escalation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Blithequark products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively and provide personalized support.

Essential Qualifications
