Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Recruiter at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting full-cycle recruiting for various customer service positions within the organization
• Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Reviewing resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications
• Conducting phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

Essential Qualifications
