Key Responsibilities:

  • Log into our chat application and respond to frequently asked questions from customers, including pricing, refund policies, and discount codes.
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Work independently, adhering to provided instructions and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
  • Reliable internet connection.

  • Availability for 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts during overnight hours.
