Job Summary

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at Blithequark Listening Center, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service. You will work in a remote setting, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, requiring 35-40 hours of work per week, with a starting hourly rate of $15.00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Determine customer concerns and schedule necessary appointments, providing solutions and alternatives when possible.
  • Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
  • Document and update customer records accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, building trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, upholding Blithequark's standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Adhere to quality service standards, as all calls are recorded and monitored for quality assurance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements and qualifications:

  • Meet network and equipment requirements (detailed below).
  • Possess a positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrate proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and type 30+ words per minute.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Have previous customer service or call center experience (a plus).
  • Designate a workspace that is free of distractions with minimal background noise.
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (a plus).

Network and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless performance, you must have:

  • A hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable) with:
    • 50 Mbps download speed minimum.
    • 20 Mbps upload speed minimum.
    • 40 ms latency maximum.
  • A Windows PC (desktop or laptop) with:
    • Intel i5 processor - 2430M at 2.40GHz or equivalent.
    • 8GB of RAM.
    • Working webcam.
  • Anti-virus protection software (Windows Defender acceptable).
  • A USB wired headset with microphone.
  • Dual computer monitors.
  • A smartphone (any manufacturer).
  • Note: Apple computers are not compatible/accepted.
