Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry and Management: Enter and update customer information into our database with precision and accuracy, ensuring that all data is current and correct.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and responding to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service roles; experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
