Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts, to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform filing, data entry, and document generation tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Create and improve customer service concern tickets to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handle exclusive management projects, as well as spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet investigation activities
  • Manage the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring that they are directed to their designated offices and meeting rooms
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work, to support the smooth operation of the business
  • Be responsible for checking supply items to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to work from home (remote work arrangement)
  • MS Office Suite competency, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, colleagues, and management
