Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers over the phone, identify their problems, and help resolve them
  • Assist with inquiries related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
  • Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
  • Work towards set targets that will help you develop professionally

Essential Qualifications

  • Speak and understand Danish
  • Reside in Denmark (note - you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
  • Have a high level of English proficiency
  • Be interested in technology and not afraid to take on technical challenges
  • Understand what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
  • Have a dedicated workspace where you can sit undisturbed during work hours and have a stable broadband connection
