Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values to our customers, and ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
- Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and other inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met with a smile.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
- Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with the outcome.
- Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, using your communication skills to keep customers informed and calm.
