Job Summary

As a Remote Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with blithequark. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee registers and ensure that customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
