Key Responsibilities

As an Online Airport Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via online channels such as chat and email. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their concerns
  • Assisting passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries, ensuring that their travel experience is seamless and stress-free
  • Providing information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements, ensuring that our customers have all the information they need to plan their trip
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience, working together to resolve issues and provide exceptional service

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Familiarity with airline systems and procedures is a plus, but not required
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to being available to our customers 24/7
