Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling emergency signals and notifications in a timely and professional manner
• Notifying and verifying alarm signals, ensuring accurate and efficient response
• Dispatching proper authorities, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction
• Providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues and answering questions
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
• Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility, as this role requires working a variety of shifts
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in software applications and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Shifts and Schedules

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends as needed
