Key Responsibilities

As a Full Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Care: Assess customers' needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing Incoming Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency.
  • Learning and Following Procedures: Stay up-to-date on all customer service procedures and policies, and adapt to new processes as needed.
  • Meeting and Exceeding Targets: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions: Accurately record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Upselling and Scheduling Appointments: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and drive business growth.

Requirements

To succeed as a Full Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms, with a focus on active listening and clear, concise messaging.
