About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Insurance and Legal Support Coordinator at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking help after being involved in a car accident. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your exceptional phone skills, customer service expertise, and knowledge of auto insurance to provide top-notch support to our clients. Your goal will be to ensure that every individual who reaches out to us receives the assistance they need to navigate the complex process of seeking legal help.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to high-volume inbound calls from individuals involved in car accidents, providing empathetic and professional support.
  • Assess clients' needs and provide guidance on their legal rights after a car accident.
  • Utilize your knowledge of auto insurance to answer clients' questions and offer support.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and other stakeholders to facilitate connections between clients and legal professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide detailed reports as needed.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of auto insurance, legal processes, and industry developments to provide the best possible support to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.
  • 1 year of experience with phone etiquette, including handling high-volume calls.
  • 1 year of experience in legal intake, preferably for personal injury firms.
  • Strong knowledge of auto insurance and how it works.
  • Familiarity with legal rights after a car accident is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in insurance, preferably in claims adjusting or a related role.
  • 1 year of experience in direct sales or a related field.
