Job Overview

The Information Association within blithequark's Direct to Consumer (DTC) business is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and Experimentation and Analysis group. This team plays a critical role in supporting the blithequark Pack, which includes a range of products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to define key business challenges and develop analytical strategies to address these questions. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack trends and drivers and develop analytical strategies to respond to these questions
• Help to create a continuous insights pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have a continuous stream of Pack intelligence
• Perform comprehensive trend analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle
• Define and analyze audience segments to continue driving Pack growth
• Collaborate with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, combining insights into a cohesive, meaningful story

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in a field such as Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study. You will also need to have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with tools such as R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, it would be desirable to have experience in the streaming media industry or other subscription-based services. You may also have experience working with Marketing teams or in the Marketing landscape.
