Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients to ensure that our products are always available and served at the perfect temperature. As a Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services, troubleshooting, and repairing our equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to blithequark standards
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service to our clients, working collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work flexibly, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical service
  • Knowledge of refrigeration equipment and soft drink fountain machines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
