Job Summary

As a Remote Delta Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Delta Airlines' operations by providing administrative assistance to various departments. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members, ensuring seamless coordination and organization.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Project Management: Assist with project management tasks and coordination, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with various departments to gather and disseminate information, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Industry Trends and Company Policies: Stay informed about company policies and industry trends, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in administrative support or customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems and Project Management Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
