What You'll Do as a Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
  • Building meaningful connections with customers and providing solutions to their problems
  • Working in a fast-paced remote environment with flexibility and autonomy
  • Participating in paid training to prepare for all call types and customers
  • Representing Afni and our clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meeting productivity and performance goals while working in a comfortable and distraction-free home environment

Requirements and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must live in the state of North Carolina
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware
