Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for:

Driving the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product strategy

, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional experiences and insights that meet their evolving needs.

Defining and prioritizing product roadmaps

, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our product vision aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics and insights solutions that meet the security and trustworthiness needs of our customers.

Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

, ensuring that our product is meeting its intended goals and objectives.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Partnering with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs

, ensuring that our product is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C environment.

Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies

, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
