Telehealth Customer Service Representative Role

As a Telehealth Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the voice and face of our team, fielding customer inquiries and delivering innovative solutions to their questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. With a focus on customer satisfaction and empathy, you will:

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell when required

Qualifications and Requirements

We are seeking fearless and passionate individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and collaboration, you will need to meet the following internet connection requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
