About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in responding to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Documenting consumer data into our secure web application
• Providing educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a positive experience

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

• Document consumer data into our secure web application
• Provide education and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws
• Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a positive experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to identity theft and consumer fraud

Minimum Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (process can take 7-60 days)
• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken)
• Additional compensation will be considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment

Desired Qualifications

* Prior call center experience

• Customer service experience
• General knowledge of federal law
• Professional resume with contact information and previous employer details
