Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records through data entry, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues to the relevant department as needed.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze customer needs, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Residency in Kansas: Must be a resident of Kansas to apply for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English: Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service best practices.
