Job Summary:

As a Virtual Assistant at Workwarp, you will be responsible for providing administrative, technical, and customer service support to our team. You will work independently in a remote setting, utilizing your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless operations. Your primary duties will include managing files, answering calls and emails, creating presentations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Answer and direct phone calls, organize correspondence, and respond to emails
    • Prepare and organize databases, reports, and other documents
    • Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages
    • Handle confidential employer and client information with discretion
  • Technical Support:
    • Create and edit presentations, sales materials, technical documents, and installation instructions
    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Docs to prepare and edit documents
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Take notes and transcribe meetings as needed
    • Schedule meetings and arrange calendars for employers and clients
    • Manage and maintain large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
    • Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
  • Soft Skills:
    • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service and presentation skills
    • Self-directed and able to work independently without supervision
  • Experience: Two years of previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation
  • Certification in customer service or administration
