Key Responsibilities

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of cloud services that are not only efficient and performant but also sustainable. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, with a focus on cloud technology and sustainability.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, with a focus on cloud technology and sustainability.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and other cloud-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud service fabric, including hardware and software components.
  • Knowledge of data science and AI, and how these technologies can be applied to drive innovation and improvement in cloud services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including:

  • Technical expertise: A deep understanding of cloud technology, including hardware and software components, as well as experience with Kubernetes and other cloud-based technologies.
  • Leadership skills: The ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and to guide the team through the implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions, as well as the ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
