QA Analyst - Night Shift Role (Remote Available)
Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team during the night shift. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products and systems by identifying issues, running tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a fully remote role, ideal for self-driven individuals who thrive in a flexible work environment and can manage tasks independently with precision and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform manual and automated testing to validate product functionality, performance, and usability.
- *
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- *
Monitor system stability and performance during off-hours to ensure 24/7 application availability.
- *
Document and report bugs clearly and accurately using the companys issue tracking tools.
- *
Analyze and verify bug fixes and regression test to ensure issue resolution.
- *
Assist in continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- *
Participate in nightly deployment validation and monitoring.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- *
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- *
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- *
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- *
Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- *
Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical and analytical mindset.
- *
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- *
Ability to work independently during night hours and manage time efficiently.
- Experience

Minimum of 2–3 years in a Quality Assurance or software testing role.
- *
Experience in both manual and automated testing environments.
- *
Prior experience in remote or asynchronous work environments is a plus.

Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (your local time), Monday through Friday.

Flexibility may be required based on release schedules and team collaboration needs.
