Key Responsibilities

• Visa Sponsorship Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to foreign employees, guiding them through the complexities of the visa application process. Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.
• Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance diversity within our organization. Promote an inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best.
• Employee Relations: Provide exceptional support and guidance to employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Mediate and resolve employee disputes, fostering a harmonious work environment.
• Compliance: Stay current with labor laws and regulations in Singapore, ensuring that all HR practices are compliant with local laws and policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and international hiring.
• Knowledge of Singaporean Immigration and Visa Procedures: Familiarity with the regulations and processes related to hiring foreign talent in Singapore.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with employees, hiring managers, and external partners.
