About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intensive live interventions to small groups of students, utilizing research-based instructional best practices in an online video-based tutoring platform.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams to determine proper targeted supports for students with diverse needs.
• Communicate support, rationale, and feedback to appropriate stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and colleagues.
• Use data to drive decisions regarding strategies, instruction, and paths of growth for students, ensuring personalized learning experiences.
• Coordinate student transitions with appropriate stakeholders, ensuring seamless continuity of support.
• Work effectively and efficiently within a communication process for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication.
• Create and communicate an intervention schedule to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and coordination.
• Communicate professionally in all written and verbal interactions, upholding the highest standards of educational professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Intervention Specialist at Imagine Learning, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of teaching or academic intervention experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• An active teaching certification/license, demonstrating your expertise in education.
• Ability to deliver dynamic and engaging instruction in an online video-based tutoring platform, with experience in supporting students and educators in a blended, virtual, or online learning environment preferred.
• Understanding of student interventions best practices, with the ability to generate creative solutions and provide ideas to assist students and educators with a growth mindset.
• Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, online video chat, and database software, with the ability to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 7 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience supporting students with diverse needs, including those with special educational requirements.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and development, with the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.
• Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $39,520 to $41,995 per year for partial-full-time positions, and $19.63 to $20.19 per hour for part-time positions. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Our benefits package includes:
