The Senior Statistics Architect Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our Customer Listening Team, where you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to transform and innovate our VOC methodology. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC methodology
• Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing expert guidance on leveraging big data and batch/real-time analytical answers to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Offering recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications and Skills

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives, with the ability to develop and implement data quality metrics and standards
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, with the ability to develop and implement data security and compliance protocols
• Experience with data storytelling and communication, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling data-driven stories to stakeholders
