Responsibilities:

As an Experienced IT Support Specialist – Remote Data Entry and Technical Assistance, you will be responsible for:

• Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
• Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote access
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Conducting site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed
• Communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry

Key Obligations:

* Answer client care demands and determine the technical assistance issue (i.e., software or equipment related) and maintain trust in blithequark
